Terms and Conditions of Sale with Printing and Embroidery Services
Daizy's Embroidery and Print is a trading name of Daizy's Leisure Time Ltd
(1) Introduction
Please read these terms of sale carefully.
Upon placing your order, you agree to these terms of sale.
(2) In these terms of sale, "we" means Printing and or Embroidery Services and "you" means our customer or potential customer for products (and "your" will be constructed accordingly).
(3) Following initial formal or informal quotation, you shall supply us with a copy of the logo or artwork that you wish us to use on your behalf. You are entirely responsible for the legality of this artwork; you must have the right to use this artwork as your own. Once artwork has been received, we shall use this image and have it digitised on your behalf. We shall send you a copy image for your approval. We ask that you check this very carefully for errors and notify us immediately of any corrections or alterations to be made. Upon approval of the digitisation, we shall issue an invoice for your payment. We shall then commence your order. Once your order is started no further alterations to the digitised logo can be made without incurring a further digitisation charge. If we have begun embroidery or printing of garments, these cannot be changed. A further order will need to be made and paid for. We will not be liable once you have given your approval by paying for your order should you notice any errors or wish to make changes once the work has commenced. It is very important that you carefully check any work that is sent to you for approval.
(3.2) Should you not have a pre-designed logo and require us to have a logo designed on your behalf we shall do this and digitally send you the artwork for approval. You are entirely responsible for the legality of this artwork as your own. We will not use any artwork that is known to breach copyright. We ask that you check this very carefully for errors and notify us immediately of any corrections or alterations to be made. Upon approval of the digitisation, we shall issue an invoice for your payment. We shall then commence your order. Once your order is started no further alterations to the digitised logo can be made without incurring a further digitisation charge. If we have begun embroidery or printing of garments, these cannot be changed. A further order will need to be made and paid for. We will not be liable once you have given your approval by paying for your order should you notice any errors or wish to make changes once the work has commenced. It is very important that you carefully check any work that is sent to you for approval.
(4) Payment of Orders
(4.1) For non-account customers we will require payment of all orders in advance of work commencing. We will issue a VAT invoice that can be paid by bank transfer or card.
(4.2) Account customers are required to settle their invoice upon issue. We reserve the right to issue interest on the amount outstanding or account charges if we have to chase payment.
(4.3) All items remain the property of Daizy's Embroidery and Print until they are paid in full.
(5) Returns
(5.1) Daizy's Embroidery and Print will accept returns of non-printed or embroidered garments bought as 'blanks' providing they are returned to us within seven days in perfect saleable condition with all original packaging. We regret that if any item of packaging is not returned with the garment, then a refund will not be issued. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all return postage charges.
(5.2) Once garments have been embroidered or printed returns are not permitted unless we have made an error outside of the agreement. Any defects must be notified to us in writing as doon as they are noticed and returned to us for inspection. We will inform you of our decision withing 14 days. We do not accept returns of any items that do not fit upon arrival, unless it has been sent the wrong size within the order. For example, if you have ordered a large and have been sent a medium in error. Please check the sizing charts on each garment carefully.
(6) Your Warranties
You warrant to us that:
(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale.
(b) The information provided in your order is accurate and complete.
(c) You will be able to accept delivery of the products.
(d) You are resident in England or Wales; and
(e) You are over the age of 18 at the time of placing the order.
(7) Embroidery onto Customer - owned garments
(7.1) We will embroider onto customers own garments. This is done strictly at the customer's own risk. Whilst we take every reasonable effort to ensure that no damage will occur to the garments this cannot be guaranteed. Should any garment be destroyed because of embroidery or printing we shall not be held liable for replacement.
